Modern Oats

Modern Oats is a simple approach to fast food by making oatmeal in portable to go containers in 10 gourmet flavors. Modern Oats has fiber, protein, superfruits, whole grains, seeds, nuts and gluten free. I was able to sample some Modern Oats and I got the following flavors Goji Blueberry with antioxidant rich, delicious blend of Himalayan Goji berry and juicy wild blueberry oatmeal loaded with flax seed, pumpkins seeds, and California almonds. This blend has enough good energy to power through any day. Apple Walnut with your favorite blend of whole rolled oats, Washington state apples, and California Walnuts. Sit back, relax, and watch the sun rise.

Chocolate Cherry with perfect whole oats, flakes of Hawaiian coconut, plump, juicy, antioxidant-rich whole bits of chocolate, cocoa nibs, flax seeds, and Oregon cherries to help you put things into HEALTHY perspective. Mango Blackberry blended with gluten free certified whole rolled oats, real chunks of Philippine mango, sunflower seeds, and Washington state blackberries. Nuts & Seeds with this nut & seed blend of whole grain oats, Oregon hazelnuts, flax seeds, almonds, and hemp seeds. 5 Berry with a blend of juicy, nutrient packed and antioxidant rich oatmeal loaded with blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, blackberries, raspberries, and accented with California almonds and pecans.

My Opinion: I do not eat oatmeal as much as I should and I need to as it fills me up longer and I won’t snack in between meals. I really like the Chocolate Cherry, 5 berries , Mango Blackberry the most but they are good and very tasty but needs more sweetener so I added maple syrup.
