The Good Bean Fitness Gift Guide 2019

The Good Bean has healthy snacks to make better choices rather you want to lose weight or just eat better. I was sent Sea Salt Chickpeas Sea Salt is their classic, our HG, our numero uno! Gently roasted chickpeas are sprinkled with just enough sea salt to allow the warm nutty flavors of the beans to shine through. The best thing about our Sea Salt chickpeas is how versatile they are! Eat out of hand, sprinkle on salads, add crunch to stir fry and soups, and add to your kids’ lunch boxes – they’re a nut-free school lunch treat! Always, high in plant protein and fiber, gluten-free, vegan, non-GMO and Kosher. Classic Hummus Grab & Go the newest baby, and to be honest, our favorite!

Who could go wrong, really, with a zesty, lemony, garlicky hummus seasoning to bring out the best in chickpeas?  Sweet Sriracha Grab & Go chickpeas are essentially a protein-packed delivery mechanism of the spicy, sweet, and tangy flavors of everyone's favorite chili sauce. A perfect serving of tasty plant protein and fiber that can be stashed in purses, gym bags, and school lunch boxes for a nutrition boost after a workout, on a commute, or instead of an unhealthy sugary afternoon treat at school. 8g of protein and 6g of fiber per bag!
Balsamic Herb Crispy Favas + Peas this colorful mix of crispy roasted favas and green peas pack a protein wallop - 7g of plant protein and 3g of fiber per serving! To make our crispy roasted favas and green peas, they soak them raw and then quickly crisp them with a spritz of coconut oil to retain maximum nutrition and that all-important crunch.
My Opinion: They are an acquired taste I like chicpeas but not in this form I guess it was hard for me to get used to the crunchy taste and mild flavors. The Balsamic Herb Crispy Favas + Peas I enjoyed a little more, these are low in fat and calories which is a plus.
