CINNAMON KNOTS KIT INGREDIENT LIST:

The recipe, mixes, and decorating supplies that come in your cinnamon knots kit are all gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, peanut-free, tree nut-free, soy-free, sesame-free, fish-free, shellfish-free, and artificial dye-free. 

Cinnamon knots mix: rice flour, brown rice flour, tapioca starch, potato starch, potato flour, xanthan gum, pectin (lemon derivative), light brown sugar, instant yeast, aluminum-free baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, non-GMO corn starch), kosher salt.



Icing sugar: organic cane sugar, organic tapioca starch.

Cinnamon sugar: organic cane sugar, cinnamon.

My Opinion: This is great to get kids in the kitchen and cooking rather it is for Valentine’s Day, every day but just having quality time with your kids is a plus. This was is easy to make and they were delicious as well.
