My Opinion: I am going, to be honest as a teen and in my 30’s I used food as a comfort and recently in my 40’s I stopped but I noticed recently it might be starting up again so I recognize it and not going to do it and started a new habit like before so I do not. This book is inspiring and also made me realize that I need to learn willpower again like I use to have as if I continue the sweets I will get fat and I don’t wanna gain the weight back I lost.
