Sprouted Banana Walnut Hemp: This bread is cake-like, sprouted bread, yeast free bread, vegan organic bread, free of salt, no oils, no sweeteners, no leavening agents. This bread is very dense and has big chunks of banana in it. I tried this bread and did not care for it as it was too dense for me and hard for me to eat.
Cinnamon Date:  Sprouted organic wheat kernels, filtered water, organic dates, organic cinnamon, organic oatmeal.
Bavarian Style Sourdough: Wheat Free, Low Fat Excellent source of fiber 0g of trans- fat, Cholesterol free, Vegetarian, No added sugar.
Multigrain: Sprouted organic wheat kernels, filtered water, organic brown rice, organic barley, organic millet, organic flax seeds, organic rye kernels, organic soy beans, organic rolled oats, organic oat bran, organic cornmeal. Manna Organics also has Gluten Free Bread, Trail Mix in addition to the items above.
