I am always looking for new ways to take a vitamin
as I know in my diet I do not get enough of the right foods and my body seems
to be craving it but I do not like pills that are huge and termed as a “horse
pill” as they can get caught in the throat and make you gag and puke at least
that what happens to me. I am so glad to have found Healthy Delights which make
a variety of soft chews and I was sent some to review.
I got Multi-Vitamin
Chews flavor Strawberry Watermelon that has 16 essential vitamins and minerals,
essential nutrients like Vitamin A, C, D and E, Biotin, Vitamin B12 and Zinc.
These are Gluten-Free, No artificial Colors, flavors or preservatives. They
also contain 100% daily value or more of the leading gummy multivitamin. They
all only have 25 calories per chew as well.

My Opinion: I love the flavors and texture as they
taste like candy and not a vitamin so that is a plus for me and the fact I can
just take one in purse or bag when I go to work so that is portable for me if
you have a hard time with pills like me you will like these and you will be
doing your body some good.

ReplyDeleteI want to start off by saying it has taken me a while to get my hair to the point it is now, that point being going anywhere from 10-14 days between washes. I have worked up to going this long in between washes, lets just say dry shampoo and quality hair care products are my best friends. Since going so long between washes I have noticed a huge change in the texture and health of my hair. Recently I have been addicted to HASK Monoi products, not only do the smell amazing, helllooo coconut, but it's nice knowing I am using quality products on my hair that are free of sulfates, parabens, drying alcohol and artificial colors.
