August is the month I go to my local farm stand and try fresh corn just picked in the corn field and I have to say there is nothing better than that but after you boil the corn I typically waste a stick of butter as I take the corn in the holders and roll it on the butter which after you're done you have so much butter left you would hate to throw it away. Butter Once from J+A Designs is such a great idea this is a unique curved stainless steel blade which conforms perfectly to the corn, guiding the butter exactly where you want it to go. The beveled edge can just as easily slice from a stick of butter as it can scoop from a tub allowing you to control exactly how much you want to apply.
My Opinion: This works great and now the butter stays on the corn better and does not end up all over the plate where you are like bummer I lost the butter off my corn. It is easy to use and wash.
