My Opinion: I really needed a book like this because I am not happy at all with my weight and am very uncomfortable all the time I have no confidence. This book was very helpful and I learned so much in the back of the book it has a moving forward journal what helps you come right down what you ate for each meal and the hunger scale before the hunger scale after which can help you put little notes in on what you need to work on. The book also includes a workout calendar for a total of 57 days it tells you what you can do along with keeping track of your heart rate, blood pressure, how many sit-ups, how many push-ups, sit and reach, hours of sleep, and how many glasses of water you drank per day.
