Good Karma Foods

Good Karma Foods started with the founder radiated goodness the more others in his community were inspired to find the goodness within themselves. With that notion a tiny flaxseed and his passion for a healthy lifestyle, a new household staple was born. I recently discovered Good Karma when I was at my local supermarket and I was curious about the product. Vanilla Flaxmilk which is smooth, creamy, 1,200 Omega-3’s, NON-GMO Project Verified and has as much calcium and Vitamin D as dairy milk. Blueberry Dairy Free Yogurt with the power of plant-based protein, all mixed up in a rich, creamy yogurt that delivers Omega 3’s and 7s gut boosting live and active cultures. 5g Plant-based Protein, 800 mg Omega 3’s.
All Good Karma is Dairy, nut, and soy free.

My Opinion: This has a very nice vanilla taste and the flaxmilk does taste similar to milk that you may normally drink. The yogurt was also very tasty. I like the products which are good for you.
