Q Wunder Holiday Gift Guide 2017

EQtainment is on a mission to improve the world’s social and emotional skills through entertaining games, books, and new Q Wunder show and app.  Q-time Buddy  Give your child the benefit of “Q-Time” every day to practice focusing, managing emotions and increase in attention span.  “Q-Time” instructions for your child lie down and place the “Q time buddy” on your belly. Count 1,2,3 in your head as you breathe in and watch Q go up. Count 3,2,1 in your head as you breathe out and watch Q go down. Block out distracting noises and thoughts by bringing your focus back to this simple breathing exercise.

I was sent Q’s Coloring Book which has fun activities while exploring Q’s exciting world while learning social skills.  Q is a lovable genius monkey with a lot to learn about life. Color and explore Q’s parents and siblings Redmond, Mila and Nugget.

My Opinion: I think this is great for kids as they can learn how to relax and calm down along with having less anxiety. You have to take concentration when you put Q-Time Buddy on your belly sequence move up and down so that’s a good distraction to have them focus on something else.
