Gourmet
Garden has herbs and spice to make any dish taste better with fresh herbs and
pastes at your fingertips located in the produce section of your local
supermarket. I found some pastes I got which were Gourmet Garden Garlic Cold Blended
Paste contains 23 cloves of organically grown garlic that keeps fresh for
weeks. Their garlic plants are grown in the cool temperatures in Victoria and
are harvested when their essential oils are at their peak. From there they are
transported to their Palmwoods facility where they are washed, chopped and
blended with oils, salts, and sugars before being packed into handy tubes.
With
its extra strong flavor, our garlic paste delivers amazing flavor and aroma
without the hassle of ‘garlicky fingers’. Garlic can be added at the beginning
or end of the dish. Adding garlic at the beginning of your cooking will give
you a lovely sweet base. If you add your garlic at the end of your cooking the
flavor will be more pungent. Garlic is ideal in every cuisine from pastas, to
stir-fries, dressings, and noodles.
Gourmet
Garden Italian Herbs Cold Blended Paste contains 3 bunches of organically grown
herbs that keep fresh for weeks. There is a culinary mix of basil, oregano,
parsley, thyme, and rosemary. This delicious mix of Italian Herbs is all grown
in the picturesque region Callide Valley in central Queensland and are
harvested when each of the plant's essential oils is at their peak. From there
they are transported within 18 hours of harvest to their Palmwoods facility
where they are washed, chopped and blended with oils, salts, and sugars before
being packed into handy tubes. Italian Herbs are best added at the end of your
cooking and are ideal in Italian dishes: pasta, pizza, dressings, and omelets.
Ginger
Cold-Blended Paste is perfect for those who love its flavor, without the need
to grate or chop. Ginger can be used as a base for sweet
or savory dishes and should generally be added at the beginning of
your cooking. It is ideal in Asian dishes: sauces, marinade, juices, and
cookies.
