My Opinion: I get muscles cramps that tend to hit at
night lying in bed mostly after long road trips where I am not moving much so I
wanted to try a different product to see if it would help and I must admit this
does and just tastes great as well. But as you know this is different than the
stuff you get in a jar. It is a bit salty which was a total shock for me but
tasty.
