St. Supéry Estate Vineyards & Winery Napa Valley is located in the renowned Rutherford growing region at the heart of Napa Valley, the winery combines French château tradition with Napa Valley territory producing the highest-quality estate wines and provides exceptional experiences to all guests.
2023 Sauvignon
Blanc
is harvested from their sustainably farmed Napa Valley estate vineyards and
fermented in stainless steel tanks, the wine is bright and crisp. The wine
showcases ripe fruit and refreshing acidity; with citrus zip, flavors of
lemon, lime, yellow grapefruit, and lime zest combined with a fennel and caper
vibrancy. Green and yellow hues are present in this wine with exotic aromatics of
pink grapefruit, green lime zest, lemon citrus along with undertones of fennel,
and green olive.
2019 Cabernet
Sauvignon
is harvested from their sustainably farmed Napa Valley estate vineyards, the
fruit is sorted by cluster, and then by berry to ensure only the finest fruit
is chosen. The wet winter of 2019 growing season was followed by a warm, dry
summer and fall that contributed to even ripening, resulting in wines of
desired opulence and density. Aged for 19 months in French oak barrels, this is
a well-balanced and structured wine with flavors of black plum, cassis, and
coffee bean.
My Opinion: I really enjoyed the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon the most as I am a red wine girl but the other was perfect to serve at a party with friends to enjoy or give as a gift.
