Tell My Story is a card game for parent-teen to enhance communication between parents and their teens around mental health. 100 cards, with questions to bring them closer to each other, will make a positive impact on how parents and teens relate to one other. This is for 2 players only and you just pick a card and ask a question there are 3 levels and they are colored green is level 1 for connection, blue is level 2 for vulnerability, purple is level 3 for affirmation. Each player gets a pass card and one thank you card.

My Opinion: I know it is hard as a parent to have talks with your teen and it is very important that you do as they might not know how to ask for help but did you know it also helps their self-esteem knowing they have support and someone they can talk to openly.
