The Enchanted Sonata by Heather Dixon Wallwork

The Enchanted Sonata by Heather Dixon Wallwork from Smith Publicity. Clara Stahlbaum has her future perfectly planned: Mary the handsome pianist. Johann Kahler. And settle down to a life full of music. But all that changes one Clara receives a mysterious and magical nutcracker. Whisk it away to his world and enchanted Empire of beautiful palaces. Fickle fairies. Enormous rats. And a prince Clara must face a magician who uses music as magic and the future, she thought she wanted.

My Opinion: I truly love the storyline along with thinking of the Nutcracker ballet and it is an easy read that you could finish in no time at all. It also reminds you a little bit of the Pied Piper when he had to use music to get the mice at a town. This is definitely a delightful, Christmas story that should be read by all.
