New for the holiday season is The Spice Lab New Mediterranean Seasoning Collection which includes southern European flavors. Mediterranean Citrus Herb as lemon and orange peel to give the blend a fresh citrus flavor and is perfect for fish or seafood along with great dip and oil for crusty Italian bread. French Onion+Garlic is a classic combination of pungent onion and garlic with colorful green flakes of chives which is excellent for flavor butter or oil and mix with sour cream for a tasty dip. Spicy Italian Sun-Dried Tomato this is bursting with zesty Italian spices, sweet sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, peppers, green onions, sesame seeds, and lemon peel. Sicilian Blend is a classic blend of premium basil, oregano, rosemary, sesame, and other flavorful spices.
My Opinion: my favorite of the four is the French Onion+ Garlic as it was flavorful to put on chicken, Italian bread or mashed potatoes. The other flavors I won’t use as much as this one but this is perfect to give a gift this Christmas season or to use at home to prepare dishes with when you have all the guests coming.
