ErgoFoam footrest is for anyone who sits at a
computer a lot working and looking to take away pressure from your back and
feet by relaxing them more as you sit. I blog a lot and have worked in a
clerical setting for over 15 years not and it has done a number to my body from
carpal tunnel, degenerative disc disease, fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc. I was recently sent an Adjustable Foot Rest

My
Opinion: I love having my feet rest n this as I sit for awhile blogging at my desk
it is comfortable and because I am short it helps add some height lol. It works
well and helps reduce any swelling in my ankle too.
