How To Age Without Getting Old by Joyce Meyer from
Faith Words comes out on March 30, 2021. No matter what things you are now, life
is a journey through beautiful and varied seasons, full of contagious discovery
and dynamic cadence. Embrace each season of your life and learn to live it
fully with grace and anticipation as Joyce Meyer shows you:
How
to do now that will benefit you as you age;
How
to give all your worries, both big and small, to God;
How
to live dynamically, with peace and joy in the journey; and
How to embrace God’s grace for the season you’re in.
God’s timing is always perfect, and he has a distinct and meaningful purpose for every phase of your life. As Joyce says,” we can do nothing about adding one year of age every 12 months, but there’s a lot we can do to keep from ‘get an old.” How to page without getting old equips us to embrace God’s wisdom and grace for every change we face mentally, emotionally, and physically in every second of our life.
My
Opinion: the book helps you to learn from experience, stay strong spiritually,
and much more. I know that I am now approaching middle-aged and honestly I
can’t believe it. But, I want to not feel old and be stronger with what we face
in our life as I age. I learned a great deal from this book and I think you
will too. There are some bad things that I had to deal with through this book
some of that being careful how you talk about yourself, letting go, don’t
compare yourself to other people, feed your spirit, learn how to rest, and so much
more helpful things.
