Opinion: This book and journal is a great way to write down your goals but it
also allows you to think about your childhood, and high school years and really goes
deep into who influenced you, how your parents were, and more. You put in your
own words what unconditional love is, the happiest memories from childhood, etc. I
almost felt like I was at a therapy session as you can look at these as determining so
many things about who you are as a person.
