Planner Get the most
out of every day with time blocking, meal planning, workout logs, sleep, and
hydration trackers. This allows you if you forget things to write it all down
to keep track, it also includes calendar options.
My
Opinion: I find each one of these planners helpful the planner is great to keep
track of your food, water, sleep, even as a women your periods, you could even
put appointments in it to stay on track. Muse is good to relax and be creative
if you have even gone to therapy they tell you to journal and write things
down, draw and do crafts when you are feeling anxious. Self-Care Journal
reminds us that we do have to take care of ourselves as we can’t be fully functional
if we do not properly eat, hydration, exercise, or sleep. The Gratitude
Journal is one to say ok what am I grateful for? I know I know I don’t have
much or I am overcoming an illness, trauma, or abuse each win you have is a way to
celebrate it. These all make great gifts for anyone you know this Christmas
season.
