Cinnamon Bark is derived from a tropical, evergreen tree that grows up to 45 feet high and has highly fragrant bark, leaves, and flowers.
Extracted from bark, ingested Cinnamon oil supports healthy metabolic function and helps maintain a healthy immune system when needed most.† Cinnamon is frequently used in mouth rinses and chewing gums. Vanilla is familiar and nostalgic. Evocative and romantic. Prized
since the time of the ancient Aztecs, and often used in perfumes, vanilla is
one of the most popular aromas in the world, and one of the most expensive to
produce.
My Opinion: I like the Cinnamon Bark is smells good and makes
my home relaxing. Black Spruce is a woodsy smell with can be like a tree at
Christmas and if you are an earth sign appreciate nature. These are all amazing
in my diffuser and relaxing.
