I recently received in the mail part of a product review Al Fresco red and green pepper chicken sausage. I love chicken sausage anyways so I could not wait to try these. They were shipped to me via Fed Ex in a cooler type box with an ice pack. I used one as it comes in a package of four and put it in my cold macaroni salad I it was really tasty and yummy you can taste the peppers but it was not overpowering, next time I think I will put it with spaghetti and tomato sauce or even in with macaroni and cheese would taste good. I really like the fact it is chicken oppose to pork sausage as pork can be greasy and more fat then in chicken. I need to lose weight so these will be a perfect meal as all meat is low in carbohydrates too so anyone on an Atkins type diet this is for you! Besides chicken sausage they have Breakfast Sausages I bet the wild blueberry one is tasty, chicken burgers and chicken meatballs.
