Omaha Steak Marinated Lamb Loin Roast Review and Giveaway

You may have seen the advertisement for this company in the local Sunday paper or online they are Omaha Steaks I recently was able to review one of their newest products 1-Step Rapid Roast and I got the Marinade Lamb Loin Roast and it arrived in a small box as it is 18 oz. and frozen as the intention is to take it from the freezer and cook for 30-35 minutes. The Marinated Lamb Loin Roast is seasoned with Olive Oil, Rosemary and White Wine. If you know meat at all you know the Loin of the Lamb is an expensive cut and the best so it can be costly this is reasonable priced in comparison with other Lamb Loins out there.

My Opinion: This is quick and easy to prepare can be done any night of the week as it cooks fast and the taste is amazing as it melts right in your mouth being so tender. Putting it on pan lined with aluminum foil made the film stick to the pan and smoke but it was nice other wise and cooked perfectly.
