With the holidays here in order to maintain or lose weight I decided to try Peak Fit System. I have recently be on the T-25 program but also wanted to see what else is out there as I am new to the healthy lifestyle and still struggle daily. This comes with 10 DVDs, a nutrition guide, a tape measure, Challenge Resistant Bands, Work out calendar and all the support tools you need. The DVDS Run 49-65 minutes long and with the calendar it tells you which days to do what to help with calorie burning, fat burning and lean muscles. My Opinion: I wish they were a little shorter as I do not have a lot of time to work out and they are a challenge for me right now as I am still a beginner but I know they will get easier.
