Swiss Diamond Square Casserole With Lid

Swiss Diamond is dedicated to empowering in the home chefs by a manufacturing the highest quality nonstick cookware in the world from the factory located in Sierre, Switzerland. Swiss diamond believes that cooking at home should be convenient and healthy, so they use cast aluminum and reinforced their nonstick coating with real diamond crystals.

I was sent the Square Casserole With Lid that holds 5 quarts and is 11” x 11”. Being square allows for a larger 5.3-quart cooking capacity and that easily fits in next to other pans in the oven. This pan is perfect because it is big enough for the Thanksgiving meal we party have. It is easy to wash and the casserole dish can go from the stovetop, to the oven (safe up to 500 F), to the dinner table for serving. Simply wash with warm water and soap and the pan comes clean with ease. The heat tempered lid helps control the moisture level in the oven and on the stovetop.

My Opinion: I really like this Square casserole dish and I hate to admit it’s my first casserole dish. I did find it easy to use in my oven my oven heats hot so adjusted it to my temperature for cooking and it worked nicely. I do find it to be a little heavy but durable which I like. Clean up was a breeze as it washed right off easily with soap and water. You can make so many dishes in this pan including lasagna, Shepherd’s pie and so much more.
