The Spice Lab lets you cook to be inspired as recently sent some products to review I got the Gourmet Salt Collection Number 2 which has four test tubes of salt and the flavors are Carolina Hickory Smoked Sea Salt No.8(Fine) this is created when delicate Pacific sea salt flakes are naturally smoked over premium Hickory hard wood. The result in the smoke flavor that is full and clean without the bitterness use with southern cooking and can be used on ribs, burgers, red meat, turkey, and chicken. Cypress Citron Flake Lemon Salt Island of Cyprus No.92 (Flake) this is from the island of Cyprus, sea salt flakes are made in the traditional manner through the evaporation of seawater. Sriracha Pepper Spicy Sea Salt No. 233 made from sun ripened chilies, finally ground Sriracha powder is infused with sea salt to create this amazingly versatile condiment.

It’s a flavorful addition to beef, pork, chicken, fish, eggs, soups, sauces and all types of Asian dishes. Himalayan Crystal Pink Mountain Salt Pakistan No. 40 (Fine) this is 100% natural salt and mind deep in the Himalayan Mountains. You also get a wooden spoon to scoop the salts out of the tubes. Healing Spices Cinnamon in a 4-ounce glass jar, cinnamon is believed to lower blood sugar levels and has anti-inflammatory properties. It is also packed with powerful antioxidants that help the body defend itself from oxidative damage caused by free radicals. Indonesian “Korintjc” Cassia Cinnamon which is a small evergreen tree belonging to the family Lauraceae, native to Sri Lanka. Among other spices, it’s a bark is used to make cinnamon.
My Opinion: I use salt a lot when I cook and I really like the flavors of the salts except for the hot and spicy Sriracha Pepper as I do not like a lot of heat in my food. The cinnamon I used in recipes such as baking and put on top of toast as well. I love the design and container that my salt tubes came in as it’s a real neat idea if it’s nicely on my counter.
