Last
night I watched Apostle Peter and The Last Supper on Pure Flix this movie is
about three days before his execution, the elderly Apostle Peter tells his
jailer about his time with Jesus. This movie was so touching as you could see
how much Peter cared for Jesus and also how Jesus already knew he was going to
die and was not afraid. Peter also was not afraid to die as he knew he would be
with Jesus again and was loyal to god. It got me thinking about how I know some
people I wish would get closer to Jesus and know him before they die but I
think they will in time.
I
can also say I am far from perfect but he does go after the 99 and knows no one
is perfect just work on making yourself more like Jesus. I was moved as Peter
told the Jailer named Martinian about the last supper with Jesus and the events
that happened. I took away that Jesus was fearless in his life, he wanted
people to be good to each other and not be hateful. He sacrificed for me and
you so we could be here on earth. It just makes you think. I also learned the
devil likes to sneak right in and I recognize when he does and say devil not
today.
