So Shape was created from a need for a dieting option that worked. Using scientific data and advice from the top food scientists across France, So Shape is a diet plan that you can easily stick with and combine with your usual routine. The So Shape Challenge is made up of 5, 14, or 28 days of tasty meals, featuring a variety of flavors to help you really stick to it and reach your goal.
I was sent 11 shakes and 6 kinds of pasta. The 10 things you must do when doing this is to drink lots of water, after 3 days it becomes easier, eat at the same time every day, have an SOS at lunch instead of the free meal, and add one to the afternoon to avoid overeating, when hungry use open foods or in addition to your meals, don’t get on the scale daily, focus on eating proteins from meat and plants as your free meal, avoid sugar, don’t shop on an empty stomach, and make sure to prepare your meal correctly.
The shake you get are
cookie cream, cappuccino, brownie, stracciatella, cinnamon cookie, vanilla
& white chocolate, mint & chocolate chip, sea salt caramel, hazelnut,
coco choco, and choco banana; drink them all cold. The pasta is macaroni and cheddar cheese,
macaroni and white cheddar cheese, arrabbiata pasta, macaroni & truffle,
chili sin carne, and veggie Bolognese; of course, eat them hot.
My Opinion: I tried my
first shake and it was not that bad it was the brownie one which I mixed with
water and drank cold as stated in the directions.
