Poise Production

The older I get the more I have to work at losing weight because I am currently overweight but with age your metabolism starts to slow down and you have to work out longer. I was looking to see if I could find a new video to alternate with my current ones as I need a mix up or I get bored and won’t do it anymore. I found Poise Production videos and was sent three to review the first being Fit & Fierce: Take Back Your Core this runs 63 minutes and is divided in to three sections being upper body and cardio , lower body including martial arts with heel kicks and last fierce abs with crunches and pelvis thrusts.

The second one I got was Core Training which runs 41 minutes and strengths abs, sculpts arms and will tone hips & thighs. This combines martial arts, pilates and dance.

The last one is Strong and Sexy Full Body Work Out which runs 49 minutes long and again divided in to three sections being forearm strikes with front punches. Elbow crossovers and hand/leg criss-crosses and crescent leg kicks and 5ht position leg burners. These are all by Dr. Teri Joy who is on the American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Trainer 4th Degree Black Belt- Professional Dancer, Choreographer Figure Skater, and Award Winning News Anchor.

My Opinion: These will help me work out and they are a bit challenging at the moment but I know in time I will get these moves down. I feel great after working out and I must confess I do not get heartburn when I exercise either which is fabulous as I suffer from it a lot. I like how the videos are broken up so if I am limited on time I can do part of the work out.
