If you have not tried Stevia the history is the Stevia plant was discovered more than 1,500 years ago by the native Guarani people, growing in clumps of two or three along the edges of the rainforests of Paraguay. This cookbook has so many amazing recipes from Mango Melon Salsa,

My Opinion: I found adding the Double Chocolate drops to my Latte to make a Mocha was not that goods as i found the stevia taste an acquired taste. I have tried some things with stevia I like and others I do not like.
Health Benefits of Stevia over 100 vital nutrients, 30 times sweeter than sugar.
