I recently had the opportunity to review Cooking with SweetLeaf Stevia cookbook. If you have not tried Stevia the history is the Stevia plant was discovered more than 1,500 years ago by the native Guarani people, growing in clumps of two or three along the edges of the rainforests of Paraguay. In the beginning, the natives used the leaves for their medicinal benefit, to freshen their breath and to sweeten and mellow the strong taste of herbal yerba maté tea. I got a wonderful cook book which uses stevia as a sweetener and Sweetleaf make a variety of drops which you can using in cooking or drink; I got Chocolate and Pumpkin Spice. Besides the Sweetleaf Sweet Drops I got they have Berry, Apricot Nectar, Stevia Clear and more along with Sugarleaf and so much more.
This cookbook has so many amazing recipes from Mango Melon Salsa,

My Opinion: I found adding the Double Chocolate drops to my Latte to make a Mocha was not that goods as i found the stevia taste an acquired taste. I have tried some things with stevia I like and others I do not like.
Health Benefits of Stevia over 100 vital nutrients, 30 times sweeter than sugar.
