BacoBurger

Summertime means grilling and I recently got to try BacoBurger Steak Company and was sent some yummy BacoBurgers to try. I got 4 BacoBurger Classic which is a 5 oz. patty with Mouth-watering Prime Cut Beef, blended with our Select Pennsylvania Dutch Country Smoked Bacon sure to please even the most demanding of burger lovers. Quite simply, it’s Love at First Bite. I also got the 4 Wagyu BacoBurger which are 5oz. we’ve teamed the martial and culinary arts up together to wage war on boring taste. Once you try our exclusive pairing of world renowned Wagyu Beef and our Select Pennsylvania Dutch Country Bacon in our own, proprietary blend—we’re confident you’ll agree;it’s the  reigning “Black Belt” Champion of Burgers!

My Opinion: These are very lean burgers and so far I could not taste any bacon in the BacoBurger Classic and they stated really fat and could not thin down to a size like. The WagyuBacoBurger I liked much better and a little more bacon flavor to it.

About BacoBurger Steak Company: Several years ago, we were spending the summer at our home on the south coast of Massachusetts outside New Bedford, the historic whaling city.   A good friend of ours told us we really ought to try some burgers, made by a local butcher, with Bacon blended into them. We did, becoming instant fans of “Bacon-Infused burgers.”  However, we didn’t stop there.

We started researching, only to find that no one was making these burgers with premium, select grades of Beef and Bacon or making them widely available.  It was then that we began our quest to craft the perfect Bacon-Enhanced burger testing different ratios of the best cuts of meat, including Angus, Brisket, Tenderloin, and Wagyu Beef with Premium Smoked Bacon from Pennsylvania Dutch Country.  Thus are the origins of the one and only, original BacoBurger.
