I do not own many dresses but I was very intruded by
the Meaneor Women’s ½ Sleeve Ruched Waist Classy Plunging V-neck Cocktail /
Party Dress. I go the color green in an
XL for a size 16/18. Measurements they have are 4 sizes (S/M/L/XL)

I found the material
which is Polyester it is made with to be very stretchy to fit snugly.
My Opinion: I am
going to give it to my sister as it fits to snuggly and tight on the arms for
me to wear. I just hope it will fit her as she is much smaller then I am. I
like the style and color and the price is reasonable.
