I am overweight and every year I make resolution to lose weight, I am good for awhile and then I go back to my old eating habits and the weight comes right back. Another way I eat is emotionally and boredom which is terrible. I will concentrate more on weight loss on February but this is a small start.

My Opinion: I enjoyed everything except the meal replacement bar as I did not care for it flavor wise. The crisps were yummy and 100 calories is not much but nice little snack.
