My Opinion: I really like using a salad spinner as lettuce is cost effective compared to buying the bags of salad and the ease of using this was simple. Clean up was also a breeze as I just rinsed and placed in strainer you can also place in the dishwasher as it is dishwasher safe.
I wanted to share a fact about why we need to eat salads and I have one at least once a week. Salad is composed from even a few ingredients make a nutrient-rich meal. The greens alone have calcium, iron, potassium and B vitamins. Many salad basics, including tomatoes, sweet peppers and the greens, are chock-full of antioxidants. Add high fiber and low calories into the mix and you can't go wrong including a salad in your daily diet.
