Organically grown and manufactured in the rain forest of Honduras is Honduras Chocolate Company which are gluten-free, dairy-free, non-GMO along with BM processed in a nut free and soy free facility. The cacao is grown by an exclusive network of Honduran farmers which are passionate about the chocolate they grow. I was sent a variety of chocolate bars to review I got two orders of the Chocolate Flight which is a combination pack of 65%, 70%, 75% and 80% dark bars which are 2.7 ounces and made with organically grown cacao and pure cane sugar along with no preservatives and additives.
My Opinion: I do like dark chocolate but no more than 70% is then it gets too bitter for me but I do notice the quality of the cacao used and I know that these will be great given as stocking stuffers at Christmas time, added to recipes and given to anybody any time of the year is fine.

Mission: Many claim to have single-origin beans, fair trade agreements, and organically-grown beans but Honduras Chocolate Company takes it a step further: we’ve invested in the farmers, the cacao and the Honduran community in which we live and work. After 15 years of helping the rural poor, we had the vision to expand our reach and impact. By developing deep, personal relationships with local farmers, paying better-than-fair-trade prices and providing farmers with essential business training, micro-loans, and access to farming resources, Honduras Chocolate Company has brought large-scale social impact and positive change to the troubled Honduran cacao industry.
