I enjoy a good story each night I go to bed not only does it relax and unwind me of the day but also it can be used to put your kids to bed as well. Ideals Publications sent me  The Berenstain Bears Sleepy Time book by Mike Berenstain this book is about darkness falling on Bear County and the bear family is sleepy and ready for bed. Join Brother, Sister and Honey as they take part in a comforting bedtime routine before saying goodnight to their parents. With a simple story and well-loved characters The Berenstain Bears Sleepy Time Book models bedtime behavior for young children. This book is made of  a board book for little hands to read easier.

My Opinion: I really enjoyed this book as it teaches about a bedtime routine from when you get sleepy you brush your teeth and take a bath before going to the bedroom where then you say your bedtime prayers and get tucked in for bed.
