runs 80 minutes, Rated G and SRP of $14.93. This is about Wolfy the wolf and
Tom the rabbit who have been inseparable since childhood; Wolfy who thought he
was a orphan learns from a gypsy that his mother is still alive. So the two
friends set out to find her in the principality of Wolfenberg the Land of the
Wolves. They arrive right in the gathering of the Carne Festival, an annual
gathering of the world’s most renowned carnivores. Will Wolfy and Tom’s
friendship survive in this land where herbivores inevitably end up the day’s
main dish du jour? What incredible secrets lie behind Wolfy’s birth? This is
directed by Gregoire Tollaoff and Eric Omand.
My Opinion: This was a very interesting animated
tale about to opposite animal friends which can be based on people as well. I
enjoyed watching this to see what happened next but it was one of those that
did not have to watch constantly to be able to know what was going on.
