My Opinion: I do follow a low-carb diet as my body has a hard time digesting carbs so this book was very interesting and had some great recipes and it that I’m excited to make my slow cooker as this is the time a year that I use it the most. Some recipes I would’ve never thought of making in the slow cooker like a cinnamon crunch coffee cake.
