I am someone who has a difficult time processing carbs and I swear if I look at it I have gained 20 pounds so I rarely eat pasta which as you know we all need to ready energy but I am afraid to eat much as I know my body and I do not care for the whole wheat as I have tried numerous times. I recently discovered Banza which is a pasta made from chickpeas so I can enjoy pasta again without the guilt. What makes this different is double the protein, four times the fiber and almost half the net carbs. I was sent the Variety Case with retails for $30.00 and includes 2 Shells, 1 Elbows, 2 Penne and 1 Rotini.

My Opinion: I love hummus which is made with chickpeas so I thought these would be very good but when I was reading the label and saw pea protein as an ingredient I got scared as I am not big on pea protein. But I made as usually and added my sauce to keep it simple and I must say I was impressed and tasted better than expected.
