Primal Kitchen

Primal Kitchen expands this mission, bringing uncompromisingly delicious, high quality, nutrient dense sauces, and dressings to kitchens everywhere. In the world of real food, it’s often what you put on your food that keeps it interesting. I have recently been inspired to lose weight and eat healthier as I am eating very unhealthy currently and seem to be getting fatter which stinks as I am sad at this. I also find it hard to get motivated so the first step for me is to find healthier food options with Primal Kitchen. Primal Kitchen Mayo is made with Avocado Oil, Organic Cage- free eggs, dairy free, soy-free, sugar-free, grain free, Kosher, Gluten Free, No Canola Oil, No Soybean Oil, No industrialized seed oils along with Primal Approved and Certified Paleo.

Primal Kitchen Ranch Dressing is creamy and delicious with a full classic Ranch flavor and made with pure avocado oil. Primal Kitchen Extra Virgin Avocado Oil which is made from premium sun-kissed California avocados that are creamy, rich with a naturally buttery, slightly nutty taste. 1 Primal Kitchen Coconut Cashew Bar has cashews, roasted pumpkin seeds satisfy with a nutty crunch while creamy coconut sweetly flavors.1 Primal Kitchen Dark Chocolate Almond Bar made with Turkish Almonds and roasted pumpkin seeds enrobed in a chewy dark chocolate caramel coating. Primal Kitchen Chocolate Hazelnut Bar is made with organic fair-trade cocoa paired with toasted hazelnuts and roasted pumpkin seeds. Primal Kitchen Macadamia Sea Salt Bars that is buttery and sweet made with macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, honey.

My Opinion: I enjoyed the different flavor of avocado mayo on my sandwich and deviled eggs. The avocado oil I used to stir fry veggies in and they came out yummy. The bars are good but I do not eat enough pumpkin seeds and they were a bit hard not soft and chewy as I had hoped. But, made with quality and organic ingredients.

Disclaimer: I received one or more of the products or services mentioned above for free in the hope that I would mention it on my blog. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
