Teal Hidrate Spark 2.0

I drink a lot of water but for the heck of it, I wanted to try Hidrate Spark 2.0 this is a smart water bottle that you sync with the hydration app on your phone via Bluetooth. It will track your water intake in sync with a fitness tracker, the bottle glows as a helpful reminder to drink and no charging is required for you to get replacement batteries. It will keep track of your recommended daily goal, hydration history, and fun notifications that will help you keep an eye on friends.

I also drink water for the benefits and some of them are being properly hydrated can help drastically to improve your physical health, drinking water can help you avoid evening drinking extra calories so you lose weight, and even 1 to 2% of dehydration can decrease your physiological functions and lastly, your brain is made up of 75% water so proper hydration is crucial to cognitive function and moods. You will find that Hidrate Spark 2.0 comes in a variety of colors which are white, green, blue, pink, purple, and black I was sent the blue one and they retail for $54.95.

My Opinion: This is a great water bottle not to mention I was able to track my daily intake easily. I like the fact that it glows to give a friendly reminder to drink your water to stay hydrated. Water is my beverage of choice and I drink it all day long so it is interesting to me to see how much I really do intake in a day and I found out that I am right on track of the recommended daily amount.

If you forget where you put your Hidrate Spark 2.0 the app for Android or Apple phones will never let you forget where it is and will tell you where you left it so if you are one of those people who put down their drink and say where to put that again?
