I want to tell about a new fitness DVD out called Suzanne Bowen BarreAmped Cardio Fat Burn to elevate your heart rate to burn fat using high intensity intervals combined with body changing barre exercises. You'll do Tabata style workouts, longer cardio intervals, low impact fat blasts, and sculpting exercises to hit every main muscle and truly see what BarreAmped motto "Shake to Change" means! This DVD is 84 minutes long but broken up into parts so if you do not have time to do it all you can do some below is how it is done :

My Opinion: As you can see by looking at me I am not healthy but I am about to start a new routine if I can get myself to stay motivated and this dvd I found is something I can do but I only like 25-30 minutes routine so I will have to adjusted that to my everyday schedule. I found the moves challenging for me which is good because I need that to make my body stronger. I definitely worked up a sweat and my body loved every minute of exercise.
