Boardwalk Food Company Craft Beer Pretzel Mix Original/ Craft Beer Rosemary & Sea Salt Popper Mix

It is a festive time of the year for having parties and guests over but you want to wow them with the food served and this New Year’s Eve I will be doing that with Boardwalk Food Company. I was sent Craft Beer Rosemary & Sea Salt Popper Mix which is made in 30 minutes of less! You mix it will 12 ounces of beer or 12 ounces of any carbonated beverage. To cook use a muffin and as you need to have the look of a popper and that pan will give it. You can top with butter or your favorite topping. The other mix I got is Craft Beer Pretzel Mix Original which you make 30 minutes of less use 12 ounces of beer or 12 ounces of any carbonated beverage in the mix along with portioning the dough, shaping into tubes and dunk in simmering baking soda water for 10 seconds until they float. You remove and drain and place on greased baking sheet cook until golden brown. Brush with melted butter and coarse salt.

My Opinion: The poppers were easier to make but mine came out like muffins, not popper's I also used Coke instead of beer so I am thinking I used the wrong sized muffin pan but they tasted very nice and the Pretzel mix came out better.
