From using ginger oil to get grounded and centered to boosting your confidence with bergamot to the skin soothing power of lovely lavender, this helpful handbook empowers you to take good care of yourself and your loved ones with the healing power of nature.
My Opinion: I really believe in essential oils and I do burn them with my home so I really enjoyed this book and I think I’m going to use it even more as I do not want to rely on pills but a natural approach to anything that may ail me. I also would’ve never thought of using essential oils for baking and cooking.
