My Opinion: I have a large waste so this is belt was easy for me to put on and comfortable and stretchy enough to move and not make me feel constricted in any way. I also like how these can be given as Christmas gifts. StrapSecure really helped hide my bra strap underneath the tank top and maybe more comfortable because I hate it showed when I wear a tank top.
