My Opinion: this book is tough as it takes you really on unfamiliar path and tells you what to do when you embark on that journey along with me having low self-esteem and I don’t love myself I have been this way since I was a teenager and trying to figure out what the root of it has been a challenge. I was glad I was able to use this book and write down what they needed to inside to reflect on later and to become a stronger woman in love myself.
