I received in the mail part of a product review Gourme Mist the mist is extra virgin olive oil Spray and Balsamic Vinaigrette Spray also new Balsamic Vinaigrette packets. The sprays would be nice on a salad or cooking. I love the packets as you can take them with you and put on your salad or sandwich. The best part they are low in calories if you are worried about gaining weight with this you won’t as they have only 5 calories. The prices are reasonable as well. I know I have to watch me weight because I am already overweight and if I gain any more weight I will be very uncomfortable and I do not want that I know some of you out their know what I am talking about .I used the Pomegranate Vinaigrette and sprayed it on my salad and it tasted ok but I needed to drown it as I still tasted the lettuce and felt I needed more dressing, I know it is made more for cooking then salads so next time I will try it in my cooking.
