I recently was given the opportunity to review Nueva Cocina Latin Cuisine products as part of a product review. I thought it would similar to Mexican food as I love Mexican food it is but a slight difference in spices and seasonings. I tried the Pineapple rice with raisin in it and it was very tasty and was unsure actually would it would taste like with the Raisins. I also got the Taco Seasoning which was also very good.
