I received in the mail as part of a product review The Protein Bakery, an assortment of brownies, Blondie’s and cookies. The Protein Bakery started back in 1997 by a fitness instructor. I received my box wrapped in black polka dotted tissue paper which was so neatly wrapped to make sure the product reached you safely and thought that was a great personal touch. Since the brownies, Blondie’s and cookies are made from scratch in small batches makes them very tasty. I love the taste of the cookies, brownies and Blondie’s and could only eat half at a time as I got full quick which was nice so I would not over indulge The nutrition benefit of eating The Protein Bakery products is they are Trans Fat Free, Preservative Free and Wheat Flour Free, Nutritionally Balanced, natural ingredients. Some of the ingredients used are Whey Protein which has more protein then an egg or a glass of milk, heart-healthy rolled oats, organic light brown sugar and the finest chocolate they also offer over 20 flavors of creative culinary confections.
