Super Powers By Adita Yrizarry-Lang, I folded laundry, made breakfast, drop my kids off at school, filled my car with gas, and I’m now sitting to write this passage to you; all before 8 AM. This is life for me and I know it is for many of you too. We have two choices we can either dwell on being overworked or we can ramp up our SuperPowers to make each day better than ever! My Opinion: this book is very helpful and offers lots of ways to have more energy and become a stronger more focused woman. I enjoy some of the recipes that had listed in excited to try a few of them.
